Last updated: January 1, 2026Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the Tray With Me mobile application (the "Service", "App") operated by Tray With Me ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service worldwide.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
TRAY WITH ME IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE OR SERVICE.
The Service is strictly a utility tool designed to help you track your own habits regarding clear aligner usage. The content, timers, reminders, and statistics provided by this application are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not guarantee specific dental outcomes. Always follow the specific instructions provided by your orthodontist or dentist regarding wear time, tray changes, and hygiene. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.
1. License & Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and install a copy of the Application on a mobile device and to run such copy of the Application solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Subscriptions, Payments & Trials
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)") or a one-time purchase basis ("Lifetime"). Billing is handled by the Google Play Store.
- Free Trial: We may offer a limited-time free trial (e.g., 14 days). At the end of the trial period, you may be required to purchase a subscription to continue accessing premium features.
- Billing: Payments are charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play Account Settings after purchase. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
- Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service (the App's existence), not the lifetime of the user. If the Service is discontinued, the Lifetime access terminates.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. We do not issue direct refunds.
3. User Data & Privacy
Our Service primarily stores your tracking data locally on your device using a local database. You are solely responsible for backing up your device. If you delete the App or lose your device, your tracking history may be permanently lost. We are not liable for any loss of data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information (e.g., via Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat).
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tray With Me and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Application in any way that:
- Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Attempts to bypass or hack any payment or licensing mechanisms (e.g., "cracking" the app).
- Reverse engineers, decompiles, or disassembles any part of the Service.
- Harasses or harms others, or transmits spam or malware.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as Firebase or RevenueCat) that are not owned or controlled by Tray With Me. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tray With Me, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We specifically disclaim any liability for medical injury or dental issues resulting from your use of the tracker.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
